Travelling To And From Leeds

BY PLANE

Leeds has an international airport: Leeds Bradford Airport, and is easy to get to from Manchester Airport, Birmingham Airport and all London Airports by bus or train. You can travel to Leeds Bradford Airport from many big cities around Europe with budget airlines like Jet2 and RyanAir for about £60 for a one-way ticket.

BY TRAIN.

Leeds has a large city centre train station, Leeds Train Station, and several smaller train stations across the city. There are frequent, direct trains from London, Sheffield, York, Manchester and most cities in the UK. Trains from London to Leeds usually start from £30 for a one-way ticket.

Please pre-book train tickets online in the UK to get the best price and a seat. If you try to buy your train ticket at the train station, it will be very expensive! You can book train tickets from National Rail and The Trainline.

BY BUS OR COACH.

Buses and coaches are often the cheapest way to travel around the UK. If you pre-book, you can often get tickets for £5! Most tickets from big cities to Leeds are around £15. Leeds Bus and Coach Station has regular buses and coaches that go all over the country and the city.

You can buy bus tickets from National Express and Megabus.
